May 22, 2008 at the Ministry of Health and Social Development on behalf of Minister T.A. Golikova held a meeting with representatives from pharmaceutical companies participating in the program of the 7 most expensive nosologies to ensure supply and to discuss the organization of supply in 2009.

Companies-participants welcomed the initiative of Ministry of Health and Social Development to organize the work on the necessary tenders and application procedure not later than June 2008 to implement the supply not later than November 2008.

Representatives of international pharmaceutical industry reaffirmed their commitments and ensured in uninterrupted supply of medicines of 7 most expensive nosologies in necessary quantities and expressed their readiness to assure appropriate guarantees in writing.
